HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Each Dori jewelry item is made-to-order at our studio. After placing your order, please allow up to 10 business days for our studio to make your selected pieces and have them ready for shipment.

We offer different shipping options to meet your needs, as listed below:
Registered airmail, 10-15 working days

Eco Post, 7-10 working days - Eco Post is offered to specific countries only: Austria, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Italy, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, USA
EMS: express mail service, 5-7 working days
UPS: door to door service, 2-5 working days

WHAT IF I NEED A RUSH ORDER?
Please let us know by typing in the 'Notes & Special Requests' text box on our checkout page the date that you need your order to arrive by. You can also contact our customer service and request that we rush your order.

For rush orders, we suggest choosing EMS or UPS shipping options.

WOULD I NEED TO PAY VAT OR LOCAL TAXES WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?
The prices of the jewelry pieces sold on our site do not include VAT (for Europe), shipping or eventual local taxes. VAT (Value Added Tax) may be charged by local authorities at the point of entry.

Since we have a free trade agreement with the USA, there are no additional fees for USA Customers.

EARRINGS ORDERS: IS IT POSSIBLE TO REPLACE CLIPS WITH EAR POSTS OR EAR WIRES WITH CLIPS?
Yes. We will gladly customize our earrings for you. If you love a pair of earrings with clips and would like us to make them for pierced ears (ear posts/studs or ear wires/hooks), please type it in the 'Notes & Special Requests' text box on our checkout page. You can also contact our customer service to let us know about the requested exchange.

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?
Please email customer service before the order is due to be shipped.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
To cancel an order, please email customer service. Once an item has shipped, an order cannot be canceled but it may be returned according to our Returns policy.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A GIFT?
A Dori Csengeri gift card will be sent to the gift recipient once the item has been returned. If you would like the money refunded to the gift purchaser, please email our customer service.
